Polytechnic Admission Circular 2023

Government or private Polytechnic admission circular for the session of 2022-23 has been published. BTEB published the official notice on the official website www.bteb.gov.bd. Also, the Polytechnic Admission Notice PDF file is given in this post. Take this notice before applying for admission. You can do 10 courses in government polytechnics and 5 courses in private polytechnics. Below are the names of the courses and detailed information about the course in the overview.

BTEB Polytechnic Admission 2022-23

4 years diploma in engineering admission notification published. The admission application procedure will be done in the complete online process. Apply for admission to public or private polytechnics by filling out the application form from the BTEB website. Only eligible candidates will be given the opportunity for admission. Admission will be done through separate points for boys and girls. Read the admission notification from Nice.

• You will get admission to any of the 10 courses from government institutions.
• 6 to 1 course will be available in private.
• A minimum GPA of 3.50 for boys can apply.
• Girls have the opportunity to apply only if 3.00.
• Those who can apply in the 1st step will be given the opportunity to apply in the next steps.
• If he does not apply in the 1st step, he will not be given the opportunity to apply later.
• The course time limit will depend on different courses.

Polytechnic Admission GPA Requirement

The Polytechnic Admission is given separately for boys and girls according to GPA. Boys’ GPA is 3.50 points higher than girls’ GPA. 3.00 for General Mathematics. If your GPA points are above 3.50 in all subjects but below 3.00 in General Mathematics then you cannot apply for admission. You must get a minimum grade in general math or math.

• A minimum GPA of 3.50 at SSC or equivalent level is required for boys.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for girls in SSC or equivalent Examinations.
• Should achieve a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics or Higher mathematics.
• For ‘O’ Level students, a minimum of one C and two ‘D’ grades are required with Mathematics.

How To Apply For Polytechnic Admission  2023

Apply online for admission to public or private polytechnic educational institutions. The application should be done by filling out the form from their official website. 160 TK admission fee must be paid before application. You can do it through development, cash, or Dutch Bangla. A maximum of 15 applications can be made. Must apply at least 5. If you want, you can apply for two shifts. See below how to apply.

• Visit BTEB or http://btebadmission.gov.bd/ website.
• Pay the admission application fee.
• Apply Now Click Here
• Enter the registration number and the next year of examination.
• Now select 5 to 20 preferred polytechnics from the list.
  Enter the mobile number. A code will appear on this number. The code must be saved. If there is any problem that has changed, you can solve it through this code.
• Collect and print the application form.

Polytechnic Admission Form 2023

The Polytechnic admission process can be done only online. You should visit http://btebadmission.gov.bd/ website for Online application. This is the official website of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board for all kinds of 4 years Diploma programs for both govt. & non-govt polytechnic institute. You can choose a maximum of 20 Institutes or Subjects for both shifts to apply. No candidate can apply offline for the Diploma Polytechnic admission.

There are two shifts for admission in Government Polytechnic Institute. Every applied candidate should pay BDT 150/- for each shift. If you want to apply only 1st shift then you need to pay only BDT 150/-. But if you want to apply in the 1st & 2nd both Shift then you need to pay BDT 300/-. Payment Instruction by Rocket

You should pay BDT 150/-(1 Shift only) or BDT 300/-(both Shift) as the Application Fee. Now I shared how you can pay the Polytechnic Online Application fee through by Rocket Mobile Banking. Please follow the below-given step carefully. You should remember that you must have Rockt apps on your Device. Also, you must be reserved the Rocket Transaction ID for further needs.

• Login to Rocket Apps
• Select the “Payment” Option.
• Now Select “Bill Pay”
• Select “Self/ Other” (if others, provide Mobile Number)
• Type Biller ID “220”
• Now Type Bill Number as <passing year><Board Code><Roll><shift> (example: 2022 DHA 123456A)
• Input amount (BDT 150/- for a Single Shift and BDT 300/- for both shifts)
• Now Input your Rocket PIN Number and confirm the payment.
• Done, You will get a Return Message with a Transaction ID.

How To Check Polytechnic Admission  Results

There are two methods to view the results. Online and via SMS on mobile. For online viewing, the http://btebadmission.gov.bd/ website should be used. Please follow the below-given process for Admission results.

• Visit http://btebadmission.gov.bd/ website.
• Click on the check results Address.
• Enter Your registration no and Year.
• Enter your id code.
• Click on the get results.

A message will be sent to your number when the result is published in the case of mobile SMS. You can see the result from that message. SMS will be sent to the mobile number you used during your admission application, so always keep the number active.
